Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm your appointment date and time.

The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your session, at the conclusion of your appointment. For bookings with multiple services, full payment is required on the day of the first session. You are also welcome to pay in full at the time of booking if preferred.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

One reschedule is permitted, and your deposit will remain valid for the new booking.

If you choose to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, as your time has been reserved exclusively for you.

 

Access & Setup

Please ensure the space is ready and accessible at the agreed start time.

For Colour Analysis appointments, a small space near a window with ample natural light is required to achieve the most accurate results. This is not required for other services. 

 

Travel

All services are conducted in the comfort of your home or chosen location, with Karina travelling to you and bringing all required equipment.
 

Karina is based in Hawthorn and includes travel within 30 minutes each way (60 minutes total) at no additional cost.
 

For locations beyond this:

• Travel exceeding 30 minutes each way will incur a fee of $10 per additional 10 minutes (each way)
   

Travel time is calculated based on estimated travel duration at the scheduled appointment time and confirmed at the time of booking.

Example:
If your location is 45 minutes away, this is an additional 15 minutes each way. This would incur a travel fee of $30.

The final travel fee will be confirmed prior to your appointment and added to your final invoice, payable on the day of your session.

 

For locations over 1 hour away, please contact Karina prior to booking.

 

Colour Parties & Group Bookings

Colour Parties and group bookings are held at your home or chosen venue.

Natural daylight is recommended for the best results, however sessions can still be conducted in lower light conditions if needed.

Travel fees may apply in line with the travel policy above.

 

Corporate Bookings

Corporate events and brand collaborations are subject to separate terms and pricing. Please contact Karina directly to discuss your requirements.

 

Photography & Filming

From time to time, small, non-invasive parts of sessions may be filmed or photographed for social media and marketing purposes.

Consent will always be requested during the booking process, and you are free to decline or withdraw consent at any time.
